I’ve had a fantastic journey in the world of design over the past two decades; building my skills and experience with big brands at top creative agencies, and then bringing that expertise back to my local community. This experience gives me a strong edge in bringing a polished, professional approach to local businesses.
My mission when I launched Creative Joy in 2009 was simple: to offer top-tier design to local organisations, without the hefty costs often associated with big agencies.
Working with business owners and marketing managers, I begin each project with a clear understanding of what’s needed. By taking the time to understand my clients’ businesses and their objectives from the start, I can create designs that truly reflect their values and goals and ultimately appeals to their target audience.
Client feedback is such an important part of the design process, and something I actively encourage. It’s how I refine the design to make sure it aligns perfectly with their vision and this approach has led to many long-term relationships.
