Insight 2 Mental Health provides mental-health training that helps organisations build a culture of wellbeing and create safe, supportive environments where employees feel empowered to do – and be – their best.
Founded in 2020 by Jo Wood, Insight 2 Mental Health draws on Jo’s 30-year career in the NHS and her lived experience of burnout. Together, these shaped her deep understanding of the importance of supporting staff wellbeing and strengthened her commitment to helping thousands more people recognise that, when it comes to mental health, prevention is always better than cure.
I worked closely with Jo to develop her new brand identity – a carefully chosen colour palette that reflects calm and positivity, paired with friendly, lowercase typography that conveys warmth and approachability. The logo features the distinctive ‘2’ emblem, subtly incorporating the profile of a person with positive thought bubbles, symbolising clarity, growth and mindset.
As Jo’s range of services has expanded, we’ve collaborated on marketing materials that showcase her growing portfolio of training courses and therapy sessions. Our focus has been on presenting content in a way that is easy to navigate, supported by eye-catching visuals and illustrations that help bring to life the many benefits she provides.
